When we think about taking a meal to someone, we usually focus on dinner. But honestly, some of the most appreciated things to include are the little snacks alongside it. Whether it’s for a new mom, a family walking through a hard season, or someone juggling a busy week, having easy snacks on hand can make such a difference throughout the day!

These are one of my favorite things to include for new moms. They’re easy to grab one handed during long nights or busy days and feel a little more filling than just a sweet treat!

Fresh Fruit

Something simple like washed grapes, strawberries, cut watermelon, or clementines always feels refreshing alongside a heavier meal. It’s one of those things people are often thankful to have ready to grab from the fridge.

Individual Snacks

Granola bars, trail mix, crackers, pretzels, popcorn, or protein bars are always helpful to keep nearby. Especially for families with little kids running around or parents who haven’t had time to sit down for a full meal yet. Here is a snack box idea I recently put together!

Something Sweet

I almost always love adding a little dessert or sweet snack. Cookies, brownies, muffins, or even store bought treats can make a meal feel a little more thoughtful and complete. These cookies are usually my go to!

Easy Breakfast Snacks

Mini muffins, yogurt, bagels, banana bread, or breakfast bars can honestly end up being just as appreciated as dinner itself. Mornings can be chaotic during hard or busy seasons, and having something quick already on hand can help so much. I love to make these homemade muffins!
