I recently put together a little care package that would be perfect for someone in the hospital or even a friend or loved one recovering at home. I thought I’d share everything I included in case you’re looking for a simple way to bring a little extra comfort to someone you care about!

The first thing I ordered was this extra-large clear zipper pouch. I loved that it was big enough to fit everything inside, while still being easy to carry and store. It keeps everything together without taking up much space, and when it’s time to leave the hospital or pack things away at home, everything can easily go right back inside.

I always like to include a few of their favorite snacks, along with some useful items that can make their hospital stay or recovery a little more comfortable. Below, I’ve listed everything I included in this care package, plus a few additional ideas. Click the link here to shop it all!

  • Cozy Socks

  • Extra Long Phone Charger

  • Hand Cream

  • Coloring Book & Pencils

  • Lip Balm

  • Gum

  • Sleep Mask

  • A Framed Family Photo

  • A Handwritten Card

  • Puzzle

  • Magazine

  • Face Wipes

  • Dry Shampoo

  • Notebook & Pen

This would also be a great care package for someone recovering at home or going through a difficult time. And we’d love to hear your ideas! What are some things you like to bring someone who’s recovering or spending time in the hospital? Or is there something someone brought you that you especially appreciated?
