Recently, I put together this simple dinner for a family and thought it would be fun to share! It came together quickly, but still felt thoughtful and complete. Here’s a look at everything I included.

For the main dish, I kept things simple with taco bowls. This is one of my favorite meals to take because it’s easy to customize and most families can build their bowls exactly how they like them.

I used a disposable pan and divided it with a piece of aluminum foil to keep the seasoned ground beef and cilantro lime rice separate. It’s a simple trick that lets you package everything in one pan while keeping the ingredients organized and easy to reheat.

Next, I packaged all of the toppings separately so everything would stay fresh until dinner time. For this meal, I included lettuce, pico de gallo, cheese, sour cream, corn, black beans, and guacamole, but this is a great place to get creative and customize based on what your recipient enjoys.
The plastic topping cups I used have come in handy so many times when taking meals to friends and family. They’re an easy way to keep everything fresh and organized.

To round out the meal, I added fresh strawberries and blueberries along with a simple batch of brownies topped with colorful sprinkles. I always love including something sweet and something fresh when I can.
The brownie recipe I used is linked here! And if you’re looking for additional meal sides or desserts to pair with your next meal delivery, be sure to explore our recipe collection.

Once everything was packed up, I added a bag of tortilla chips and a stack of disposable bowls to complete the meal. Small additions like these can make serving and cleanup a little easier for the recipient. This dinner came together quickly, but still felt thoughtful, filling, and easy to enjoy.
